RESERVATIONS
By sending a request via the website www.camelotappartamenti.it form or by sending an email to info@camelotappartamenti.it.
During the reception hours, from Monday to Friday from 8,30 to 18.30 it is possible to contact directly the reservations office at the number +39 3492185714.
The request must be made at least 3 days before the arrival date.
AVAILABILITY ALSO FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY!

The following payment methods are accepted:

CANCELLATION/BOOKING CHANGES
The cancellation and / or modification of a reservation must be made at least 24 hours before the arrival date. Otherwise the amount equal to one night stay will be withheld. The request for cancellation and / or modification must be sent to the email address info@camelotappartamenti.it
Cancellations and / or changes will be valid once confirmed by email from the Management to the customer.
In the event that, due to unforeseeable reasons, the booked property should become unavailable for reasons of extraordinary maintenance or force majeure, we will make the full amount received to the customer, without further claims.
CHECK-IN (Self Check-In)
A unique CODE will be sent via email that will allow access to the structure. The method of use of the code, the validity and the cancellation of the same will be specified in the e-mail.
Access to the apartments from 2.00 pm on the first day of stay.
CHECK OUT (Self Check-Out)
The apartment must be left free by 10.00 am on the last day of overnight stay. Otherwise, an additional night will be charged without leaving the apartment available.
